Aww remember the days before Tom went insane? And way before Travis and Mark wrote songs about their hatred for him? The days when it was all innocent and fun? Well how about you go to Blink's Purevolume page, listen to their rare demos from their early tape releases and live tracks that have been posted and get back in to that pre-spring mood?
Ah the sun where have you been?

Maybe not the most positive title for an ep. But regardless of this fact, Harvey will hopefully prove that 2007 is one of their best.
One of the most underrated unsigned bands (in my humble opinion) in the scene today, this little secret tucked away in deepest Illinois are finally getting the attention they so deserve.
So head your mouse over to their myspace page and give "Worst. Year. Ever." a listen before they get too popular to like.

Okay, let’s not beat around the proverbial bush and I’ll be really honest with you. I don’t really like much British music past about 95’. Despite coming from this little island in the sea.
I’m a perfect example of Americanisation, well the music side of things anyway.
75% of my favourite bands and artists are from across the pond, with a few places saved for some bands from Europe and other continents.
So with my oh so secret shame in mind let us begin.
After having nothing particularly interesting to do on a Tuesday evening, my friend and I managed to get ourselves in for free at a local music venue and we came across “Four Day Hombre. A five piece melodic indie band ...

As influential and important of a city as Seattle has become to the music industry, it is home to some of the most embarrassing blemishes on the face of music as we know it. Victory’s most recent cash-cow Aiden have returned with the follow-up to their harshly criticized 2005 release, Nightmare Anatomy, entitled Rain In Hell. To be completely honest, I came into this review with a serious dislike for this band. After having to suffer through their live show in order to see Bayside perform their acoustic set last December, I can honestly say that I owe Aiden absolutely no sincerity. Despite all of this, I had hoped that Aiden took all the harsh criticism they’ve received to heart ...

We all know the number of reason's to hate Panic! At The Disco, but despite all that, there are still a few reasons to love them... melodies you can't shake and rhythms you can't help but get up to.
The Higher were out of the gates of Las Vegas first but have yet to hit pop culture as hard as their exclamation marked neighbors. They're hoping to change all that with their upcoming release, On Fire (Their first on
Epitaph Records), and they're sure to catch your attention if they haven't done so already. So keep your eye's open festival goers, starting March 6, you might have another band to throw your bottles at.

You might be wondering what's happened here. Rest assured, this is a work in progress. Don't let the look fool you, you'll fall in love with us all over again soon enough. You'll notice things changing quiet frequently, so don't get too upset and say I didn't warn you. Music blogs are lame, so let's just pretend this isn't one of them. Enjoy, and check back soon, you'll probably find something you like.

I could write most of this review on how this isn't Blink-182, better than Angels & Airwaves, and all the breakup drama. Obviously I won't. I listen to this album with a fresh insight, you should too.
The album as a whole, feels really fresh and original. It's struck a chord with me that while Blink weren't neccessarily original, they always seemed to be ahead of their game. It's a dark moody trip and it's awfully melancholy.
The music kicks in with "Lycanthrope", a great track. Backed with a sexy trademark Hoppus bass line, sawing guitars and the like. It's a nice heavy opener. We're then straight into 'Baby, Come On'. A little more upbeat than the last track.
"155" is a nice little ...

You'd be lying if you grew up on pop punk and said you didn't enjoy New Found Glory. Along with Blink-182, they wrote song after song about how you were feeling, how awkward girls were, and all of life's problems at 16. It's no surprise that obviously, the band were going to age and mature.
Catalyst, the fourth studio album from the band showed signs of maturity, but it was kind of a mess. It sold well, but it was a slow album, and it seemed forever to actually take the time out to try and enjoy it.
Coming Home is definitely a New Found Glory album. They're ...
